(1-4)      =      1/2 Arm round
5            =       midpoint of (3-0)
(5-6)      =       mark 1"  up
(0-6-3)   =      sleeve back armscye
7             =       midpoint of (5-3)
(7-8)       =       mark 3/4" (for front armscye)
(0-5-8-3) =       sleeve front armscye

add seam allowance 1" in both the sides of the sleeves.

Round collar:

(0-1)                  =       1 1/2"
